Alissa Roloff, Chief Operating Officer

With over two decades of leadership and expertise in communications, community engagement, and operations, Alissa Roloff is a dynamic professional dedicated to driving impactful change in both corporate and nonprofit sectors. As the Chief Operating Officer at Roloff Digital Forensics, Alissa has spent over seven years overseeing strategic operations and contributing to the growth of a trusted leader in digital forensics services.

Alissa is also currently serving as the Board President for Goodwill Industries of the Inland Northwest, where she leads the organization’s efforts to support its mission and community impact. She brings strategic insight, a deep commitment to service, and a wealth of experience from her extensive involvement with multiple nonprofit boards.

From 2021 to 2023, Alissa served as an Honorary Commander for the United States Air Force, where she strengthened relationships between the military and the local community, fostering mutual understanding and collaboration.

Previously, Alissa served as Community Engagement Manager at Umpqua Bank, where she spearheaded initiatives that connected associates with community organizations, managed volunteer programs, and fostered impactful partnerships. She played a pivotal role in launching youth financial literacy programs and providing grant leadership by overseeing the administration of impact grants to maximize Umpqua Bank’s community presence.

Before joining Umpqua Bank, Alissa gained valuable communications experience at Sterling Savings Bank, where she supported internal communications initiatives, and at the American Cancer Society, where she increased visibility for key events across seven states as Regional Communications Manager. In her role as Oregon State Grassroots Relationship Manager, Alissa advanced advocacy messaging and led lobbying efforts across multiple states, working directly with elected officials, policymakers, and community leaders to promote cancer-related public health policies. She also developed and implemented strategies to mobilize grassroots support and build coalitions that amplified the American Cancer Society’s mission.

Alissa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Speech Communications from Whitworth University and a Master’s degree in Communication and Leadership from Gonzaga University. A recognized leader in the industry, she has been honored with the Most Valuable New Player award from Executive Women International, named one of the Top 20 Under 40 Business Professionals in 2016, and recognized among the Top 40 Women in Business Leadership in 2019. Known for her innovative approach to problem-solving, dedication to meaningful engagement, and a passion for excellence, Alissa continues to inspire teams, build relationships, and achieve operational success.
