Since 2003, Mr. Roloff has provided analysis and consulting services in digital forensics, electronic discovery, cell site location information (CSLI), and other technologies and electronic datasets that intersect with legal matters. These services are provided to all branches of the armed forces, state and federal public defenders, companies of all sizes, human resource departments, educational institutions, private investigators, law firms of all sizes, forensic accountants, and private individuals.

Analysis and consulting services include, but are not limited to: digital forensic examinations, discovery review, trial/hearing consultation, case strategy consultation, and expert testimony on legal issues relating to digital evidence and technology.

Mr. Roloff has analyzed electronic evidence and consulted on over fifteen hundred cases, provided consultation services in over 250 trials and hearings, and testified as an expert in digital, mobile, and computer forensics over 80 times.

These cases have included the investigation of electronic evidence in allegations of homicide, kidnapping, election fraud, wire fraud, Medicaid/Medicare fraud, sexual assault, solicitation of minors, sexual exploitation, unauthorized access (hacking), threats against the President, his family and staff, unauthorized systems use, internal investigations, theft of proprietary information, sex trafficking, espionage/terrorism and drug trafficking to name just a few.

Mr. Roloff frequently lectures on the topic of digital forensics and how it can be applied in the legal system. He has been recognized as a digital forensics, computer forensics and mobile forensics expert witness in United States district courts, United States military courts and many state courts throughout the country.

With over two decades of leadership and expertise in communications, community engagement, and operations, Alissa Roloff is a dynamic professional dedicated to driving impactful change in both corporate and nonprofit sectors. As the Chief Operating Officer at Roloff Digital Forensics, Alissa has spent over seven years overseeing strategic operations and contributing to the growth of a trusted leader in digital forensics services.

Alissa is also currently serving as the Board President for Goodwill Industries of the Inland Northwest, where she leads the organization’s efforts to support its mission and community impact. She brings strategic insight, a deep commitment to service, and a wealth of experience from her extensive involvement with multiple nonprofit boards.

From 2021 to 2023, Alissa served as an Honorary Commander for the United States Air Force, where she strengthened relationships between the military and the local community, fostering mutual understanding and collaboration.

Previously, Alissa served as Community Engagement Manager at Umpqua Bank, where she spearheaded initiatives that connected associates with community organizations, managed volunteer programs, and fostered impactful partnerships. She played a pivotal role in launching youth financial literacy programs and providing grant leadership by overseeing the administration of impact grants to maximize Umpqua Bank’s community presence.

Before joining Umpqua Bank, Alissa gained valuable communications experience at Sterling Savings Bank, where she supported internal communications initiatives, and at the American Cancer Society, where she increased visibility for key events across seven states as Regional Communications Manager. In her role as Oregon State Grassroots Relationship Manager, Alissa advanced advocacy messaging and led lobbying efforts across multiple states, working directly with elected officials, policymakers, and community leaders to promote cancer-related public health policies. She also developed and implemented strategies to mobilize grassroots support and build coalitions that amplified the American Cancer Society’s mission.

Alissa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Speech Communications from Whitworth University and a Master’s degree in Communication and Leadership from Gonzaga University. A recognized leader in the industry, she has been honored with the Most Valuable New Player award from Executive Women International, named one of the Top 20 Under 40 Business Professionals in 2016, and recognized among the Top 40 Women in Business Leadership in 2019. Known for her innovative approach to problem-solving, dedication to meaningful engagement, and a passion for excellence, Alissa continues to inspire teams, build relationships, and achieve operational success.

Art Hively joined the U.S. Army shortly after graduating from high school in 1973. After four years serving the country, he continued that service in the California Army National Guard for an additional ten years. The last six years of his military career he spent in the U.S. Army Reserve, retiring in 1996 with the rank of major. In 1981 he was hired by the Santa Clara County Sheriff’s Office as a deputy sheriff. He spent almost 25 years with that organization retiring in 2005 with the rank of sergeant. Between 1996 and his retirement he contributed to the organization in the area of high technology. Initially assisting the organization in moving from a paper report writing system to a digital report writing system. He learned computer programming to assist in this endeavor. During this time, he also wrote numerous computer programs for different divisions in the organization. The last year with the Sheriff’s Office he was assigned to the local high technology crimes task force in San Jose. The REACT task force is one of the five sister high technology crimes task forces in the State of California. During this year he began his training in computer forensics. In 2006, Art continued his service in the law enforcement community by joining the Ceres Police Department (Central Valley of California). From the start, due to his experience with high technology crimes investigations and computer forensics, he became the organization’s representative member in the Sacramento Hi-Tech Crimes Task Force. His duties with the police department over the twelve years there ranged from patrol officer, high school resource officer and detective. As a detective, besides being the organization’s high-tech detective, he also was responsible for crimes against children (physical and sexual abuse), adult sexual assaults, and major crimes against persons (assault with a deadly weapon, homicide, etc.). Between 2010 and his retirement in 2018 he led or participated in approximately 100 investigations involving the aforementioned case types. A number of these investigations were prosecuted in the U.S. District Court in Fresno, Eastern District of California. Since 2005, Art has participated in more than 1,000 hours of training in topics related to high technology crimes investigations, with a focus on digital forensics. He has earned the following certifications in the area of digital forensics:

Art has been married to his wife for more than 40 years and they have two adult children and four grandchildren. They live in Copperopolis, CA.

Eric Hernandez is a Sr. Forensic Examiner for Roloff Digital Forensics (RDF) and joined the company in 2018. Mr. Hernandez has over 20 years of experience working in various facets of Information Technology (IT) and Network Security with a specific focus on the credit card industry and e-commerce. During this time, he has worked with software developers, system administrators, and content creators to diagnose complex problems and create sustainable solutions. Mr. Hernandez has received in depth training from Roloff Digital Forensics by a team with over 20 years combined experience in the field of digital forensics. Mr. Hernandez provides analysis and consulting services in digital forensics and electronic discovery pertaining to evidence derived from electronic devices and storage mediums. These services are provided to all branches of the armed forces, state and federal public defenders, companies of all sizes, and private individuals.

Since 2018, Mr. Kensok has provided digital forensic analysis and consulting services, specializing in the examination of mobile devices, computers, cell site location information (CSLI), social media platforms, and DVR systems. As the Director of Growth and Development and a Forensic Examiner at Roloff Digital Forensics, Mr. Kensok brings a unique blend of technical expertise and leadership to his role, leveraging years of experience in technology and strategic project management.

Mr. Kensok’s career spans roles in digital forensics, technical product management, and strategic project leadership. While serving as a Technical Product Manager for CRM and financial software development companies, he worked closely with full-stack developers and technical cloud architects to manage, improve, and develop front-end and back-end solutions. Throughout his career, Mr. Kensok has collaborated with developers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to optimize product adoption, streamline operations, and enhance customer engagement. Notable accomplishments include creating new revenue channels, preserving end-of-life project revenue, and improving customer success operations.

Prior to joining Roloff Digital Forensics, Mr. Kensok served as a Senior Technical Sales and Support Manager for a website security company, where he focused on malware identification, remediation, and web application firewall protection.

Mr. Kensok holds a Bachelor of Science in Business with a concentration in Sports Management from Grand Canyon University (Summa Cum Laude) and a Professional Certificate in Operations Management from Whitworth University. He is certified in Cellebrite Mobile Forensics Fundamentals (CMFF) and as a Cellebrite Certified Operator (CCO), underscoring his expertise in mobile forensic technologies.

Outside of his professional career, Mr. Kensok is passionate about giving back to the youth sports community. He has volunteered as a youth soccer referee, coach, board member, tournament and event volunteer, leader, and parent. His dedication to supporting and mentoring young athletes reflects his commitment to fostering growth, teamwork, and sportsmanship.

Kelsey Ann is a Senior Forensic Examiner at Roloff Digital Forensics, LLC (RDF), and joined the company in 2024. Kelsey has over 8 years of combined work experience in Information Technology (IT) and Digital Forensics Examinations (DFE) with focused experience in call detail records (CDRs) and cell site location information (CSLI) analysis, as well as traditional computer and mobile device digital forensics analysis. From 2017-2024, Kelsey was employed by the Portland Police Bureau in civilian analytical and management roles from 2017-2024. She was assigned to the Investigations Branch, preforming analytical support to homicide, major crimes, human trafficking, sex crimes and white-collar crime investigations. In 2020, she became the first ICAC analyst for the Bureau and assisted with all ICAC and NCMEC investigations. In 2022, the Bureau civilianized the Digital Forensic Unit, and she became the first professional staff manager for the unit.
